Ron offers top tips (March 2009)

Bridgwater College's Cannington Golf Club Juniors spent the day with a professional to really get into the swing of things. The young squad learned from Cannington professional and manager, Ron Macrow.

They were fine-tuning their game for the Somerset Junior Golf League season - and now look to improve on their bottom-half finish in the table last year. They took a series of tests to identify their strengths and weaknesses and relished the challenge.

Ron said: "We encourage boys and girls to challenge for places in the team and always look to help young golfers reach their goals. We had a very encouraging coaching session that I am sure will bring them the rewards they deserve."
